What does a “snacker” like me enjoy? My own, low fat baked version of chips. I know exactly how they are made and what is in them! That way I am not surprised with added preservatives, calories, or processing. Total time from start to finish is approximately 10 minutes. ENJOY!
I only make what I plan to eat so that I do not over indulge because they are that good! A serving is 5 chips so I never make more than 10. Add hummus, tuna, and some raw veggies and you can either enjoy this for lunch or as snack….don ‘t forget to keep some mints nearby if you plan to do a lot of talking after you eat!
Here’s your shopping list!
10 Wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons of powdered American cheese or grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
*Cut each Wonton wrapper diagonally in half, forming two triangles. Place in a single layer on baking sheet.
*Combine cheese, oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Sprinkle over triangles.
*Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely and enjoy!
